Details Lead Performances: Sheryl Crow, Dixie Chicks and Chrissie Hynde

Superstar concerts rarely equal the sum of their parts, and this is no exception. While it's a treat (or at least novel) to hear Crow, Chrissie Hynde, and the Dixie Chicks trading verses on Dylan's ''Tombstone Blues,'' the best cuts belong to the ''All I Wanna Do'' gal when she's alone with her band. A year of touring has left Crow raw-voiced but musically muscular, which is what saves Central Park from becoming her fans' favorite mistake. B-
