The secluded development boasts a natural spring, waterfall, walking trail, community pool, and man-made lakes. ''Brad's brother and sister have homes out there,'' says one real estate associate close to the project. Even Pitt and girlfriend Jennifer Aniston have been spotted on the grounds, but there's no word on whether the couple are part of the Welcome Wagon.
