Brian Wilson gets around...the neighborhood, that is. The former Beach Boy and his wife, Melinda, have sold their Mediterranean-style home of four years and moved up the street to the $3.5 million pad they bought last summer. The house they left behind (photo) has a gourmet kitchen, maid's quarters, and his-and-hers steam showers in the master bathroom. Built in 1990, it's perched above Los Angeles, not far from the homes of Jack Nicholson and Marlon Brando. (Judy Cycon and Joe Babajian of Fred Sands Estates had the listing.) So why'd the Wilsons switch to another home just a few blocks away? Their new shelter is about 3,000 square feet larger and has nine bathrooms (so far no sandbox).
