And the dinner we mean winner is...Julianne Moore! Universal Pictures chairman Stacey Snider confirms that the actress will most likely replace Jodie Foster as FBI agent Clarice Starling in Hannibal, the Silence of the Lambs sequel. Snider says a few contractual details remain to be worked out with the Oscar-nominated Moore (The End of the Affair), but the Ridley Scott-directed movie is ''95 percent'' greenlit, and could start shooting as early as June 7 with a budget in the $70 million range. ''Julianne has great credibility as an actress,'' says Snider. Anthony Hopkins will return as the titular cannibal, and yes, fright fans we'll also get another glimpse of that stomach-churning mask. Says Snider, ''It was such a part of the iconography of the first film.''
