Those hoping for something so-bad-it's-good from this grade-Z horror flick, about a sheriff (Phillips) whose town is besieged by flying nasties, are hereby warned that it falls firmly in the category of so-bad-it's-really-quite-bad. Each line of dialogue is more tediously inane than the last, the action sequences appear to have been shot by somebody operating a jackhammer while suffering an epileptic seizure, and most of the film's winged killer mammals are so obviously and shoddily computer-generated that a more appropriate title would have been Bits.
