For 20 years, anarchist activists Chumbawumba have railed against injustice and hypocrisy. Now they're pop stars and have the world's attention, so in the single ''She's Got All the Friends'' they're taking a courageous stand against...popular rich girls? Please. Plus, it's hard to imagine anyone thumping tubs over this lazy '50s-style ditty, which sounds like a Grease leftover. Easy target, dull song. C-
