Mistress Filmmaker Marvin Landisman (Robert Wuhl) has three scary backers, and they're all connected. The scariest is Carmine (Danny Aiello), who wants to make ''nice'' films because ''too many people are gettin' blown apart in this world.'' When you hear gangster Evan (Robert De Niro) suggest that the film in progress ''needs more sex,'' you get the point of this comedy: Mobsters can give advice just as bad as real producers'. B+
