LAWSUITS
Actor Jerry Orbach (Law & Order), 64, filed a lawsuit March 20 against eBay and the History Store for posting his Social Security number on the Internet without permission. The number was included in one of three '50s TV contracts which the site was selling. EBay's lawyers say the items were subsequently removed.... In a New York City family court March 15, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, 56, was ordered to pay $10,000 per month in temporary child support to Brazilian model Luciana Morad, 29, for 10-month-old Lucas Maurice Morad. DNA tests proved Jagger the father of the child, born while the rocker was married to model Jerry Hall; she and Jagger divorced last July. Morad's lawyer says she will appeal to seek more support. Jagger's spokeswoman says he's "interested in settling the situation amicably."

DEATHS
TV host Durward Kirby, 88, of congestive heart failure, March 15, in Fort Myers, Fla. Kirby cohosted Candid Camera in the '60s and performed on The Garry Moore Show.... Dancer Fred Kelly, 83, of cancer, March 15 in Tucson, Ariz. A dance instructor for Queen Elizabeth, Kelly taught tap to his older brother, Gene. The two hoofed together on screen only once, in 1954's Deep in My Heart.
