Kennedy Jr.'s 2,600-square-foot apartment, pending approval by the building's co-op board. Kennedy bought the airy digs (in a nondescript building) in 1993 for more than $700,000. Features include 14-foot ceilings, skylights, a private elevator, and the chance to run into Mariah Carey, Ben Stiller, and Gina Gershon at a neighborhood deli.
