The first missive from Tool singer Maynard James Keenan's new project circles sublimity: Its symphonic production and waves of modal guitars perfectly complement his tortured deep thoughts. But without a real hook, ''Judith'' is prog-rock schlock not unlike what Keenan's better-known outfit produces. In the end, the tune induces a perfect...yawn.
