Now on screen in Up at the Villa, actor Jeremy Davies is taking leave of his own real-life villa: He's just sold his home in the celeb-flush Outpost neighborhood (home to fellow actors Ben Affleck and William H. Macy). The cozy, traditional-style abode features hardwood floors, a patio, and a stone fireplace. (Jeeb Naiman-O'Reilly of Nelson Shelton and Associates had the listing). Davies' spokesman declined to comment on the reason for the sale, but the actor is expected to remain in Los Angeles. Perhaps he can crash with his Saving Private Ryan costar — and Outpost resident — Giovanni Ribissi in the meantime.
