DreamWorks is betting audiences won't give a flying feather. In fact, it's so confident Chicken Run will soar in theaters that back in October 1999 it extended its one-picture contract with Aardman to a four-picture deal. Next up, and already in development: The Tortoise and the Hare, retold in the documentary-interview style of Park's Oscar-winning short on zoo animals, Creature Comforts. After that, Park will probably focus on resurrecting Wallace and Gromit for a feature-length adventure that no doubt will involve Wallace's abiding love of cheese.

Move over, Mickey--it's time to share the Wensleydale.
