No wonder Alice Deejay's waaaay lite techno-pop trifle ''Better Off Alone'' is sweeping the globe. Its relentless but breezy beats make it perfect for treadmills and dance floors, and its barely-there lyrics can be memorized by anyone! Alice is really three Dutch gals fronting a bunch of songwriter-DJ guys. But with catchy, throwaway results like this, who cares? B
