There's something about the Bionic Man that has stirred the imagination of Peter and Bobby Farrelly. The wacky brains behind Me, Myself & Irene are planning to bring the '70s TV action show to the big screen, with a spoofier spin and some new-millennium accommodations. In addition to the post-inflation title -- The Six Billion Dollar Man -- the sibs are in discussions with Chris Rock (right) to star. The comic would play a reconstructed cyberhero trying to master his newly installed appendages while battling a rival who cost $1 billion more to build. (Rock's publicist confirms he's interested, but hasn't signed on yet.) And what about the original Col. Steve Austin? ''He's in there. It's 25 years later, and some of his bionic parts are a little rusty, so a new one's made,'' explains Peter, who wants Lee Majors and former Bionic Woman Lindsay Wagner to make cameos. The Farrellys won't reveal why Rock's character will need rebuilding, but judging from the zipper scene in the brothers' There's Something About Mary, it won't be pretty.
