It's always irksome to hear multimillionaire celebrities caution us that as to money, fame, and material goods, "It Doesn't Matter". This single from Wyclef Jean's upcoming Ecleftic does just that — and adds an even more annoying twist: wrestler The Rock, who barks the title phrase whenever Wyclef rattles off his possessions. The nimble, frisky ska beat makes for hot fun in the summertime, but a good rhythm is a terrible thing to waste. C+
