''If it adds a little edge to my image, maybe that's not a bad thing.'' Meanwhile, Politically Incorrect's Bill Maher lent his voice to both special prosecutor Kenneth Starr and — we kid you not — Bill Clinton's penis. ''I played Ken Starr first,'' says Maher, ''so I got into character as a d---.''
