A gaggle of Hollywood's B-plus-listers — including Gary Sinise, David Schwimmer, and Jeff Daniels — star in It's the Rage, a satire on gun violence (complete with indulgent references to Taxi Driver) that winds up shooting blanks. Given the tip-top casting and no fewer than five interconnecting story lines about lovers and brothers and lawyers blowing one another away in fits of anger, Robert Altman — who worked this territory in the TV series Gun — would be honored. If he could stay awake. C
