Once a sleepy paradise for Europe's jet set, Ibiza is now inspiring infectious Euro-pop tunes (''We're Going to Ibiza'' by the Vengaboys) and attracting the glitterati from both sides of the Atlantic, but especially Brits like Kate Moss, Fatboy Slim, and Noel Gallagher. Summing up the hot spot's charm, one Spanish resident noted, ''Maybe it's the Mediterranean sun, [but] it's the craziest island with the craziest parties. It really is hedonism.'' Talk about livin' la vida loca!
