Unlike Winnie the Pooh's rubber-bottomed buddy, the wan animated feature The Tigger Movie is far from a wonderful thing. The uninspired songs, meandering pace, and soap-operatic plotline (Tigger searches for his birth parents!) lack the bounce of 1974's Oscar-nominated short Winnie the Pooh and Tigger Too. But for wee ones, it's harmless fun. C+
