He won't be garnering any awards from feminist groups, but the most vocally distinctive member of the Master P posse rides atop the most insinuating hip-hop ode to backsides since LL Cool J's ''Big Ole Butt.'' Mystikal doesn't have LL's humor, but the song's stammering beat and the rapper's guttural bark combine to breathe some life back into the time-honored booty call. B+
