Those are just a couple of the clichés besetting Campbell (Dancehall Queen), whose laconic charisma endeavors to raise this, the highest-grossing homegrown film to come out of Jamaica, above mediocrity. Alas, that triteness and a video-to-film transfer that just screams COPS Goes to Kingston carry the day, making this just, well, irie. C
