Wheatus singer Brendan Brown laments that he's a slob on Wheatus' dopey ''Teenage Dirtbag,'' but his spunky delivery turns the song into a triumphant anti-anthem. Though the pop-punk band comes off mostly as a dumber, whinier Offspring, Beavis & Butt-head clones are sure to grin at vulgar lyrics extolling juvenile groupie fantasies (''Truffles'') and the like.
