Oooh, that funky groove! Those silky harmonies! The first single from the Rugrats in Paris soundtrack, ''My Getaway,'' is so TLC-ishly catchy it takes a few spins to realize that the cheery G-rated lyrics (from Tionne ''T-Boz'' Watkins of TLC) have no scrubs or silly ho's. So just get down with your inner child while you're singing along to ''We can have a barbecue, have cake and candy, too.'' B+
