Music Capsule Review
RICKIE LEE JONES (2008)
It's Like This (Artemis); Jane Siberry
Hush (Sheeba)
Credits
Two girls -- one a savvy street kid, the other a dreamy unicorn doodler -- curl up with songs they probably sang at sleepaway camp. Jones covers Steely Dan, Traffic, and the Gershwins; Siberry nursery rhymes, Irish ballads, and ''Shenendoah.'' Both capture beauty and joy so idiosyncratically intimate you'll blush; your favorite will depend on your preference for street life or dream catching. It's Like This: A- Hush: B+
