''Anything can happen on a snow day,'' kids keep saying in this slickly pandering comedy about an unscheduled day off from school. But aside from a running flatulence gag and predictable teen romance, most of what happens is a post-Home Alone assault on adults by obnoxiously self-satisfied little brats. Parents beware. D
