Who says the musical is dead? Blue's Big Musical Movie, the movie version of the kiddie-TV hit Blue's Clues boasts catchy melodies, cute lyrics (''Pass me the granola/ Put it in a bowl-a''), and a let's-put-on-a-show story line straight out of an old Mickey Rooney flick. Only unlike host Burns, Rooney never shared the screen with a cartoon kitty named Periwinkle. B+
