WB hotties Jackson (Dawson's Creek) and Bibb (Popular) are serviceable as Scooby gang-wannabes trying to expose -- zoinks! -- a posh university's secret society. Though director Rob Cohen (The Rat Pack) deserves credit for allowing us to see Craig T. Nelson sporting a mustache, he hampers any tension with an awkward pace and perfunctory supporting players. He ought to be busted for playing hokey. C-
