Based on the best-selling 1995 novel Left Behind, this fire-and-machine-gun translation of the book of Revelation centers around two men searching for some truth. After a rash of people disappear, wide-eyed journalist Buck Williams (Cameron) takes it upon himself to clunkily thwart the ascent of a hyper-accented Romanian businessman (a.k.a. the Antichrist). Meanwhile, hardheaded pilot Rayford Steele (Johnson) has a spiritual rebirth that causes him to fanatically brandish a Bible and randomly drop to his knees. It's all a little hard to believe. C
