A $2.8 million SoHo loft, not yet designed but likely to include 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths

No hole in the wall for her. Deciding to set up camp in New York, brash rocker-actress Courtney Love recently snared a 4,200-square-foot loft in a building whose 13 units reportedly include Lenny Kravitz's digs. According to one of the building's developers, Edward Baquero, Love's nest features a working fireplace, high ceilings, 300-year-old-longleaf- pine floors, a fully appointed kitchen with two Sub-Zero refrigerators, a wine cooler, a separate ice machine, and double-hung oak windows. Best of all are the soundproof floors and ceilings, perfect for a rocker who doesn't want to disturb the neighbors.
