Baha Men -- The ''Who Let the Dogs Out'' group will open 'N Sync's winter tour

WHERE YOU'VE HEARD THEM
It's more like where you haven't — their infectious ''Who Let the Dogs Out'' is this year's novelty anthem.
SECRET HISTORY
Bassist Isaiah Taylor formed the Bahamas-based group 23 years ago under the name High Voltage. ''Dogs'' combines radio-friendly hip-hop beats with traditional island junkanoo, which uses goatskin drums, whistles, and cowbells for its playful sound. (P.S.: The ''canines'' in the background are the boys in the band.)
GOOD SPORTS
Baha Men performed at game 4 of the World Series, and recorded a special Mets version of ''Dogs'' for New York radio. Despite becoming a huge stadium hit, ''Dogs'' hasn't left the Baha Men rolling in dough — the ditty was penned three years ago by Caribbean musician Anslem Douglas, who shares the royalties with publisher Deston Songs.
WHAT'S NEXT?
New single ''You All Dat''; opening slot on 'N Sync's winter tour.
