Can't get enough of the Divine Miss Millennium in her CBS sitcom and latest studio album? Here's Bette Midler's web presence (www.thebmwebpage.cjb.net/), a site that sates, though, like most fan pages, it nearly collapses under the weight of its own zealous cheerleading. But nice touches abound: a page of Tid-Bettes (media mentions of the diva), a sweet family-photo collection, and an extensive lyrics page for those days when you just have to know what the bathhouse diva-turned- Grammy winner is saying in the second verse of ''Otto Titsling.'' B
