Gimme Shelter

The ''Austin Powers'' star purchased a Beverly Hills home

Austin's abode!
3 BR, 2 BTH Cape Cod-style California home
Price: $2.4 million

Yeah, baby! The International Man of Mystery, Mike Myers, is slipping into a shagadelic Beverly Hills pad. Although his publicist denies it, real estate sources confirm that Myers purchased the two-story, 1,700-square-foot home, which was built in the 1920s. The smashing retreat sits on three quarters of an acre in a secluded, park-like setting with mature trees. There's a swimming pool on the property, and David Geffen's in the neighborhood. (Joe Babajian of Fred Sands Estates had the listing.) No word on whether there's a volcanic lair on the premises to accommodate the spy's Evil nemesis.
