Isaac Mizrahi just wants to be loved. The ex-designer opens Les Mizrahi by singing ''Love me, love my show!'' and closes with ''Say you love me.'' Fortunately, he has stitched together a fabulous Off Broadway debut. Armed with a three-piece band and a mammoth sewing machine, the newly svelte, spiky-haired Mizrahi croons (adequately, but with feeling), makes a blanket coat (muslin — how thrifty), and dishes about celebs like Helen Hunt (meow!). Then he gives each audience member a Rice Krispies treat. How can you not love that? A-
