In the wake of her split with songwriter-director husband Rene Elizondo (he filed for divorce in May), she's sold her 9,000-square-foot spread to showbiz investor Harry Sloan. Built in 1934 on one acre, the brick home has a certain cool factor -- it was once owned by the Fonz, Henry Winkler. The lush grounds include a pool and tennis court. Velvet rope not included.
