As if most pop R&B didn't sound tired enough the first time it hit, Vibe magazine has repackaged some of the genre's top-performing tracks. The biggest single here, TLC's ''Unpretty,'' offers the fresh sound and lyrical insight the trio's fans have come to expect. Otherwise, the drum-machine-meets-symphonic-effects groove feels all too common. Only Mr. Vegas' numbing dancehall ditty ''Heads High'' and hip-hop hits like Q-Tip's ''Breathe and Stop'' and Goodie Mob's ''Get Rich to This'' deviate, to varying effect.
