After WWII, 21 high-ranking Nazis, including Hermann Göring (an excellent Brian Cox), Rudolph Hess, and Albert Speer, faced judgment in Nuremberg for war crimes. Part history lesson, part courtroom drama, this TNT miniseries falters thanks to a romantic subplot with Baldwin's Justice Robert Jackson and his secretary (Law & Order's Hennessy). Against the background of Nazi atrocities, their stolen kisses seem awkward and tasteless. B+
