Peter Savic, who's styled Madonna and Cate Blanchett, made the cut, which, according to 89 percent of respondents to an Access Hollywood poll, was most unkind. ''I don't go by 'who is what,''' Savic says of the country crooner's edgy makeover. ''I try to create a great look.'' But did he have to get snippy about it?
