The gal whose ''Graduation (Friends Forever)'' made her a heroine to the collective class of 2000 certainly has the witty, danceable electro-pop thing down (cock an ear to the drolly honest ''Sex Has Come Between Us'' or her ace remake of the Waitresses' ''I Know What Boys Like''). Where she really shines, though, is on timeless AM-radio fluff like ''Dangerous Girl,'' which recalls nothing so much as some great lost Spanky & Our Gang track. B
