The rules of the game are simple: Imagine yourself as a sitcom character or a real-life dictator, then answer a series of yes/no questions about who you're pretending to be. Guess the Dictator's computer will figure out your impersonation by process of elimination. It's kind of like playing 20 questions with a history major who has a major TV jones -- and though the combination of dictator and sitcom might seem arbitrary, anybody who remembers the Skipper from Gilligan's Island knows better.
