(The teen queen paid a reported $3 million a few weeks ago for her 6,000-square-foot fortress.) EW has learned Chasez bought the three-story abode last spring and made extensive renovations. The half-acre spread boasts two fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, a two-story master bedroom, and sweeping city views.
