It's buy, buy, buy for 'N Sync's JC Chasez, who just moved into a 4,000-square-foot L.A. home that sources say is within sight of Britney Spears' new pad. (The teen queen paid a reported $3 million a few weeks ago for her 6,000-square-foot fortress.) EW has learned Chasez bought the three-story abode last spring and made extensive renovations. The half-acre spread boasts two fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen, a two-story master bedroom, and sweeping city views. Note to Britney and her beau, fellow 'N Syncer Justin Timberlake: Keep the shades drawn!
