As for custody of the children and division of the couple's estimated assets of $335 million (including homes in L.A., Telluride, and Sydney), no one's expecting Settlement: Impossible. ''They're worried about their reputations and how [a divorce] is going to play in the press,'' surmises celebrity-divorce attorney Raoul Felder. The marriage will likely ''die with a whimper,'' he adds, because at this point he believes most post-nup negotiations have probably been settled.
