Ever wonder what the rich and famous do when no one's watching? Nell Scovell, coexec producer of TV's Charmed and creator of Sabrina, the Teenage Witch, sure does. The ex-Late Night With David Letterman scribe lampoons Hollywood's elite in Icebox.com's Hidden Celebrity Webcam (icebox.com). Mean, but not malicious, the fictional vignettes feature such ''caught-in-the-act'' scenarios as Calista Flockhart hurling the ice cube she just snacked on and an underemployed Sylvester Stallone moonlighting as Britney Spears' limo driver. No surprise, the real-life celebs won't comment. Now the show's satirical humor has attracted an international audience: Britain's Channel 4 has licensed the series' Web and TV rights. Future episodes may feature Prince Charles and London resident Madonna, as well as Yanks Eminem and Robert Downey Jr., whose recent drug-related arrest at a Palm Springs, Calif., hotel is prime comic fodder. Well, anything for a cheap laugh...
