Details Lead Performance: Boy George

As a pop singer, George was mostly about style, so it's curious he doesn't really have one as a DJ. Curious, but not bad. Moving breezily, if not masterfully, between disco, raga, house, and two-step, he makes up with good taste for what he lacks in technique. He finds solid grooves, then, uncharacteristically, gets out of the way to allow exquisite vocalists Amanda Ghost and Shauna Solomon to shine. B-
