Album Review: 'Mission: You'

Mission opens with an infant cooing ''Ring Around the Rosie,'' an intro perfectly summarizing this New York City combo's infectious -- and sometimes childish -- second release. And while they may lack the storytelling smarts of power-pop contemporaries like Fountains of Wayne, they excel at infusing each track, giddy or dreamy, with head-bobbing choruses, making for a solid batch of silly love songs.
