There isn't a weak track on this impeccably sung tribute. Reeves' pairing with impish trumpeter-vocalist Clark Terry on ''I Hadn't Anyone Till You'' is great fun. But she packs the strongest punch on a tune Vaughan never recorded: ''A Chamada.'' Haunting, inspired, and freer than she is on the great lady's signature songs, her wordless vocal truly evokes Vaughan's legacy. A-
