COURTS Blizzard Entertainment doesn't want to play the name game. On Feb. 23, the makers of the popular Diablo computer games filed a lawsuit in L.A., charging New Line Cinema with trademark infringement for producing Diablo, an action film starring Vin Diesel. The suit alleges that New Line's project would result in "consumer confusion." The company wants a judge to shut the movie down. Calls to New Line were not returned.
