PAST PERFECT Having a favorite TV series from the past is like trying to stay in fashion -- the list of cool shows changes so quickly that it's hard to keep up. Unless you make it up -- which is what Comedy Central is doing on its overhauled website starting in June (comedycentral.com). The Gallery of Awesome is a collection of ''artifacts of things that never happened,'' says creative director John Sanborn. Among the items for sale: a coffee mug for that excellent '70s cop show Menetta. You remember Menetta, right?
