Consider this SCTV for the cyber set. Meant as a haven for Saturday Night Live fans who swear they can write funnier sketches than NBC's scribes, SNLYou welcomes skit ideas pegged to each week's guest host. The archives, which date back to February and include transcripts of live chat sessions where contributors hone their gags, are filled with comic clunkers. But hey, so is the average episode of SNL. B+
