Over and done: That's what some say about country music, with its declining sales. Brooks & Dunn: That's an answer to those who maintain there aren't any real male stars left in the genre besides Tim McGraw and George Strait. With no crossover appeal, the duo still managed the week's best debut (at No. 4) by moving 81,000 units of Steers & Stripes. They steered just ahead of the first disc from Macy Gray-managed neo-soulster Sunshine Anderson, who sold 75,000 for a No. 5 bow. Sunshine just barely outshone Lifehouse, who leaped to No. 6. But the two top sellers seem far from done for: NOW 6 (249,000) and 2Pac (128,000).
