She's smart, stylish, and oh-so-subtly sexy. She's got that thing that makes women jealous and men helpless. She's ''It,'' as Clara Bow demonstrated in the 1927 film of the same name. Of course, back then she was also silent. Now, thanks to 21st-century creators Michael Small (EW.com's executive editor), BT McNicholl, and Paul McKibbins, she speaks, sings, and does a mean Charleston in this breezy musical, a funny valentine to the Jazz Age and black-and-white movies. In the title role, Jean Louisa Kelly is utterly charming, whether she's wooing her boss, saving unwed mothers, or faking a French accent (don't ask). Kelly may be biding her time on a stilted sitcom (CBS' Yes, Dear), but on stage, this girl is it.
